Bunnies

Rabbits, also known as Bunnies, are the noblest and most important animals on earth. They bring me untold joy.

Bunnies are very delicate and need dedicated care. Never get a bunny unless you are prepared to make a commitment of up to 12 years. Think of everything that might happen to you in that time (such as moving house, having a baby, wanting a dog ...) and plan accordingly. If in doubt, DO NOT GET BUNNIES.

Adopt don't shop and remember that bunnies need to be in PAIRS or GROUPS. They need the company of at least one bunny. You can't provide what they need and neither can any other kind of pet. Bunny love is a truly beautiful thing to witness.

List of names to avoid giving a bunny

• Thumper = Bunnies do not thump unless they're scared or angry.
• Coco, Jasper = The most overused pet names in the English language.
• Any name associated with another species, such as Rover or Kitty = You will give the rabbit an identity crisis.
• Miffy = Sounds like "miffed" which is twee slang for pissed off
• Barney = Unimaginative. Yes, we get it, it sounds a bit like "bunny", aren't you clever?!

Good names for bunnies include anything cute (Fwuff-Fwuff, Fwuffpuff, etc.) and "bun puns" like Rabunzel, Cinnabun, or Attila the Bun.
